Dognik Bulls and ADBA Belgium: international connections in the APBT community

The American Pit Bull Terrier community has always been built on international cooperation,
shared knowledge, and respect for authentic bloodlines.
Over the years, Dognik Bulls kennel has remained closely connected to the global APBT community,
including respected breeders, judges, and organizations across Europe and beyond.
Meeting with the president of ADBA Belgium
One of the important moments in our kennel history is the meeting with
Jurgen Borms, President of ADBA Belgium
and owner of the Erickow Pits kennel.
During his visit to judge a sporting event, Jurgen Borms was photographed with
Dognik Bulls Abronia, an American Pit Bull Terrier bred at our kennel.
This moment reflects not only a personal meeting, but also long-standing professional respect
and shared values within the European and international APBT community.
Dognik Bulls Abronia and her bloodlines
Dognik Bulls Abronia represents classic American Pit Bull Terrier bloodlines,
carefully preserved and developed through international breeding programs.
Her pedigree combines Castlesline and Old Family Red Nose,
two historically significant APBT bloodlines known for their structure,
working ability, and stable temperament.
Abronia is bred from:
- Miller’s Wild storm aka Castle (Castlesline), imported from the United States
- Hoffs Banshee, imported from Brazil
This combination reflects the international nature of modern responsible APBT breeding,
where quality bloodlines are selected based on merit rather than geography.
International breeding philosophy
At Dognik Bulls, breeding decisions are based on deep understanding of bloodlines,
functional structure, and correct American Pit Bull Terrier type.
Importing dogs from the United States and Brazil was a deliberate choice aimed at preserving
authentic APBT characteristics while maintaining genetic diversity.
Dogs bred at Dognik Bulls live with owners in many countries,
including Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and other parts of Europe.
Recognition within the global APBT community
The presence of internationally respected figures such as the President of ADBA Belgium
in connection with dogs bred at Dognik Bulls highlights the kennel’s integration
into the worldwide APBT community.
This recognition is built over years of work, transparency, and adherence to
the principles that define the true American Pit Bull Terrier.
Belgium and the American Pit Bull Terrier tradition
Belgium has long been an important part of the European APBT landscape,
with experienced breeders, handlers, and judges contributing to the preservation
of the breed’s original qualities.
Maintaining professional relationships with ADBA Belgium and Belgian breeders
is a natural continuation of this shared tradition.
