Lonzo bloodline at Dognik Bulls kennel

Lonzo american pitbull terrier bloodline in Dognik Bulls kennel

The Lonzo bloodline is one of the oldest and rarest American Pit Bull Terrier bloodlines of American origin.

Within Europe, this line is extremely limited in number and availability.
At present, only a very small number of kennels work with authentic Lonzo blood,
and its preservation requires deliberate and careful effort.

At Dognik Bulls,
the Lonzo bloodline is not a marginal influence, but a well-established and significant part of our breeding foundation.

Historical significance of the Lonzo bloodline

The Lonzo bloodline represents a classic old American APBT type,
originating in the United States many decades ago.

It belongs to the group of early American bloodlines that shaped the functional and structural qualities of the American Pit Bull Terrier long before modern trends appeared.

Today, authentic Lonzo blood is rare both in Europe and in the United States,
and its preservation depends on a small number of dedicated breeders.

Rarity of Lonzo bloodline in Europe

In Europe, the Lonzo bloodline is represented only in a handful of kennels.

At the time of writing, authentic Lonzo blood can be found in only two kennels in Poland, as well as at Dognik Bulls.

This makes our kennel one of the very few places in Europe where Lonzo blood is present in significant concentration and across multiple dogs.

How Lonzo blood entered Dognik Bulls

Lonzo blood was introduced into our breeding program through carefully planned external breedings.

One important source was a series of breedings carried out in Poland
at the Maximus kennel, using the male Maximus No Regrets.

Through these breedings, authentic Lonzo blood was incorporated into our dogs under the Dognik Bulls prefix.

In addition, Lonzo blood was reinforced through external breedings with the kennel Strong Fire Pitbull in Estonia, using the male Strong Fire Pitbull Demosfen.

In this case, Lonzo blood was transmitted specifically through the dam line, adding further depth and stability to our Lonzo-based dogs.

General characteristics of the Lonzo bloodline

Dogs from the Lonzo bloodline are typically muscular, strongly built, and physically powerful.

They represent a classic American Pit Bull Terrier type: compact, solid, and well-balanced.

These dogs are known for their determination, confidence, and strong working mentality.

Temperament and drive

Lonzo bloodline dogs are assertive, energetic and highly motivated.

They possess a pronounced drive and persistence, which reflects their old American working background.

At the same time, they remain stable and manageable when raised and handled with experience and consistency.

Why the Lonzo bloodline is important to Dognik Bulls

Preserving the Lonzo bloodline is a conscious and strategic choice.

This line represents an authentic fragment of early American APBT history,
one that is increasingly difficult to find in its original form.

At Dognik Bulls, Lonzo blood is not collected symbolically, but maintained across generations, making our kennel widely recognized for its role in preserving this rare bloodline in Europe.
